I recently found some vegan egg at my local grocery store and I was super curious because I have been seeing it all over Instagram and I wanted to see what exactly I could do with this stuff. After getting it and seeing what the directions said I decided I was going to make Vegan French Toast! I was excited to experiment with this because I haven’t had good vegan french toast ever.
I was pleasantly surprised by how GOOD this french toast was! The batter looked just like regular french toast batter and cooked exactly the same. The only thing I’d say was a little different is that the toast had to cook a little longer on each side than with traditional french toast but nonetheless it has the same taste.
If you’ve been looking for a easy and tasty vegan french toast recipe you have found it! I hope you love this french toast as much as we did over here. Happy cooking friends!
