Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Heres a super easy and delicious recipe for a tropical smoothie bowl. What I love about this bowl is that it’s a guilt free frozen treat that combats the want for ice cream or sorbet! I am a ice cream fiend, so when I find something that makes me feel like I’m eating a huge bowl of it when I’m really not IM HOOKED.  This is one of my favorite bowl recipes and hopefully soon it will be yours too!

  • Yield: 1 bowl


  • 5 frozen strawberries (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
  • splash of nut milk


  1. Place all of your frozen ingredients into your blender (I use The Boss by Breville) and let them defrost slightly (3-5 minutes) Add in your sweetener of choice and splash of nut milk and blend until smooth.

**The key to getting soft serve like smoothie bowls is to use little to no liquid al all, use the stick that comes with your blender to push the fruit towards the blade or continually stop and scrap down the blender sides until everything is smooth and creamy.**
