Hello, my name is Eva!


I’m a 23 year old food loving chef who lives in Los Angeles, CA with my boyfriend Willie and our one year old cocker-spaniel Noah. I have spent practically my whole life in the kitchen (literally since I was 4 years old), inspiring me to pursue higher education in the culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena,CA.

I’ve worked in all different areas of the culinary spectrum; from my time as a pastry chef, to working in a local organic bakery specializing in vegan and gluten free baked goods. I also spent time working as the team chef for the Los Angeles Clippers. In my time with working with professional athletes I gained new knowledge about nutrition and how to make really healthy options actually taste good.

Two years after meticulously going over meal plans to feed other people I decided it was finally time to start taking care of myself.  I started a weight-loss journey and along the way I became a vegetarian. Becoming plant-based I began to lose more weight than I ever imagined, and in total have lost 60 pounds.
